Terms & Conditions

Prices
  • Prices published are subject to change without notice.
  • Applicable taxes are extra.
Terms of Payments
  • Net 30 days. Orders may be held for accounts in default of credit terms.
  • A $25.00 (per cheque) fee will be charged for N.S.F. cheques.
Credit Approval
  • Possession of a catalogue or price list does not constitute a commitment by maxill to establish an account or extend credit to any person or company.
  • To establish a professional account with maxill, please fill out the application form [click here] or call maxill Accounts Dept at 1-800-268-8633 during normal business hours.
Freight
  • Orders over $250 have shipping included.
  • Shipping surcharges may apply for certain rural or remote areas.
  • Orders under $250 are subject to a $15.00 shipping fee.
Dangerous Goods
  • A Dangerous Goods Surcharge may apply to certain chemicals. (as noted by *DGS)
  • At time of publication, the DGS charge is $20.00. (subject to change without notice)
Returned Goods
  • Goods may not be returned without prior authorization from maxill.
  • All returns must be authorized by our customer service department who will also make appropriate arrangements for the pick-up of the product.
  • Your invoice number is required for all returned product.
  • A restocking charge and courier return fee may apply.
  • Special orders and open product are not returnable. Products that are not properly packaged for return shipping are subject to inspection before determining if credit will be issued.
  • maxill reserves the right to refuse returns for product that has been in your possession for more than 30 days.
Shortages
  • In order for maxill to take action on items that may have been shorted on your order, we must be notified within two (2) days of receiving the order.
  • maxill can not be responsible for shortages after this period.
Damage Claims
  • It is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the merchandise in good condition.
  • You must inspect all deliveries in the presence of the carrier.
  • Should you receive any damaged merchandise, contact maxill immediately.
  • Leave the goods in the box you received them, along with all packing materials.
  • It is possible that a representative of the carrier will visit you to inspect the damaged items.
  • Due to strict rules pertaining to damages by the carrier, maxill inc. cannot be responsible for damaged items if these instructions are not followed.
Back Orders
  • Please refer to the B/O (Back order) column on your invoice for items that were not available at the time your order was shipped.
  • We will notify you via telephone when the product becomes available.
Order Add-ons
  • We pride ourselves on fast, efficient and quality service.
  • To ensure that you receive your product as quick as possible, orders are processed for delivery as they are submitted.
  • We are only able to add items to an existing order within 60 minutes from the time the original order was placed, otherwise, the orders will be processed separately and additional shipping fees may apply.
Payments & Service
  • We accept Cheques, Direct Deposit, EFT, Visa & MasterCard for 1 time payments or automatic payment processed per invoice.
