maxill inc. is a 20-year diverse provider of infection control, disposables, hygiene and preventative products to a multitude of Canadian customer bases. The main customers of the company are Dentists, Health Care Institutions and Governments to name a few.

All maxill products are proprietary in nature and many are made in our own facility here in St. Thomas, Ontario. maxill is not a distributor or reseller of other company’s products. maxill makes, markets and deals in only maxill products.

Sales at maxill are handled by way of our own external sales representatives ( ESR’s ) in all of the major markets of the Canada.

Other aspects of sales are handled via our own ISP dept. in addition to key management that specializes in Infection Control accounts and IC products.

maxill is looking for an ESR for the Mississauga - Oakville area.

Major Responsibilities of a maxill ESR:

• Achieve sales targets for new business sales and customer growth
• Market full line of maxill products, services and supplies in a designated territory
• Provide existing account coverage and development of new accounts through cold-calling and prospecting
• Timely follow-up of leads generated through various marketing actions
• Participate in local and national trade shows
• Meet maxill’s Customer Satisfaction goals by assisting to resolve any customer service issues
• A demonstrated high energy/activity level
• Dedication to the input and interaction of maxill’s internal CRM software
• Increase market share by on-going coverage of all accounts
• Identify, engage and coordinate necessary maxill resources supporting the account(s)

If you have the following qualifications, we want to hear from you:

• Demonstrated organization, planning and communication skills
• Preference will be given to applicants who reside in the territory
• Experience in dentistry is preferred but is not absolutely necessary
• Previous sales experience (inside sales, retail sales or telemarketing) would be an asset but is not absolutely necessary
• Goal oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence & determination
• Experience in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel. Proven computer literacy skills (working knowledge of most common business software applications)
• Customer driven approach
• Demonstrated high energy/activity levels
• Drive-for-business results and continuous learning
