Before we get too far into the details of our Donations policy, you should be aware that maxill cannot provide donations to the United States.

Why is that?
The US FDA ( Food and Drug Administration ) will not allow most of our products into the USA because we are not registered in the United States at this time. maxill is a Canadian Company doing business primarily in Canada. We do virtually no business in the United States so therefore we have no reason to register our products with the FDA.

Even if the donations are free or if they are leaving the United States again on a humanitarian basis, we cannot send our products over the border at this point in time. Sorry.
