Zymax Enzymatic Cleaning Solution

Zymax Enzymatic Cleaning Solution is an eco-friendly multipurpose cleaner. It is a blend of enzymes in a low foaming solution that loosens and removes dried debris, blood, protein and mucin deposits. This pH neutral solution will safely clean plastics, rubber, stainless steel, synthetic and natural fabrics that are soiled with organic debris.

Economical Concentrate or RTU

Zymax is a concentrate to be diluted at 1 to 66 (approximately 30 mL into 2 L of water). Zymax is contained in a handy 2 L Tip ’n Measure bottle.

Makes up to 134 L.

Zymax is also available in a convenient ready-to-use spray bottle.

Directions:

Dilute with tap water. Change daily or when heavy use affects performance of the solution.

Manual Cleaning / Instrument Soak: Soak instruments for five minutes in the diluted solution. Additional time may be necessary for dried blood and other protein debris. Do not leave instruments in the solution for more than 30 minutes. Immerse instruments completely and aspirate solution into any channels and crevasses. Following the soak, visually inspect for cleanliness and rinse thoroughly with warm water. Rough dry instruments prior to disinfection or sterilisation procedures.

Ultrasonic Units: A room temperature diluted solution works best in the ultrasonic unit. Allow five minutes for cleaning time in the unit. Rinse and rough dry instruments prior to disinfection or sterilisation.

Evacuation Systems: Aspirate / vacuum the diluted solution through the system daily or more often for one to two minutes for clinical cleanliness.

Slow-draining Sinks: Pour approximately 60 mL of undiluted Zymax directly into the drain. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Flush the sink for 20 seconds.

Fabric Stains: Apply diluted solution to soiled fabrics. Allow to penetrate for five to 10 minutes. Absorb excess with paper or cloth towel.
