Imprinting Order Instructions
Please click one of the links below to download your digital imprinting request form. Fill out all of the fields in the form using Adobe Acrobat. Once you have finished, save the Adobe Acrobat PDF document to your desktop. Select the imprinting type, item(s) for imprinting and specify quantities in the form below. Attach the PDF document and your logo or artwork if applicable. You may also submit the digital files via email to imprinting@maxill.com.
Once we have received your imprinting order request, a sales representative will be in contact with you within 48 hours to verify your order. Additional artwork set up fee may be applicable to new orders. Payment will not be processed until your order has been verified by a maxill Sales Representative.
