As of the close of business on December 14^th 2006, maxill has made its final installment on the Convertible Debenture issued to its’ Strategic Alliance partner on August 10^th 2000

This final payment is the last transaction for this Convertible Debenture and brings to a close the Debenture in it’s entirety with all obligations on both parties being completely satisfied.
