May 11, 2000 – maxill obtains Investor Relations Services

maxill inc. (CDNX: MIL) has hired Rocco Dibenedetto to provide investor relations services to the Company.

Mr. John Shaw, President of the Company, stated that: “We are pleased to have Mr. Dibenedetto to provide assistance to us in investor relations. Mr. Dibenedetto will be responsible for maintaining a web page and a toll-free telephone number for the benefit of maxill as well as developing initiatives to assist the Company in attracting coverage of important activities undertaken by maxill. Mr. Dibenedetto has considerable experience in these matters and we look forward to his contributions to the Company.”

Mr. Dibenedetto acknowledged that the Company has been relatively inactive in investor relations in the past and that he hopes to assist the Company in developing an effective communications strategy to promote awareness of the Company activities.
