Evaculine 64 Evacuation System Cleaner

Evaculine 64 evacuation system cleaner has been developed to meet the requirements of evacuation systems that are sensitive to acid cleaners but require powerful cleaning compounds. Free of hypochlorites (bleach), Evaculine 64 will not cause leaching of mercury from amalgam separators. The combination of quaternary ammonium compounds, metasilicates and alcohols provides excellent cleaning and significant bacterial reduction leaving the evacuation system clean and fresh for continued use. Designed for use with Amalgam Separator equipped systems.

Directions:

Dilute with tap water. Aspirate / vacuum the diluted solution through the evacuator lines and cuspidor. Repeat this procedure for each dental unit at least once on a daily basis.

Making 1 L of Working Solution Pour in 16 mL of Evaculine 64 and fill with tap water to 1 L mark.

Making 2 L of Working Solution Pour in 32 mL of Evaculine 64 and fill with tap water to 2 L mark.

Making 3 L of Working Solution Pour in 48 mL of Evaculine 64 and fill with tap water to 3 L mark.

Making 1 L of Working Solution Pour in 8 mL of Zymax 128 and fill with tap water to 1 L mark.

Making 2 L of Working Solution Pour in 16 mL of Zymax 128 and fill with tap water to 2 L mark.

Making 3 L of Working Solution Pour in 24 mL of Zymax 128 and fill with tap water to 3 L mark.
