maxill inc. announces the re-filing of its Q1 2004 Interim Financial Statements for the three month period ended October 31, 2003 at the request of the Ontario Securities Commission.

The Q1 2004 Interim Financial Statements have been re-filed with the addition of a note page.

No changes have been made to the Balance Sheet, Statement of Operations and Retained Earnings or Statement of Changes to Cash Resources.
