maxill Return Request Form
Please fill out the following form to initiate your return request. Once your request has been received and processed a maxill customer service representative will be in touch.
- Goods may not be returned without prior authorization from maxill.
- All returns must be authorized by our customer service department who will also make appropriate arrangements for the pick-up of the product.
- Your invoice number is required for all returned product.
- A restocking charge and courier return fee may apply.
- Special orders and open product are not returnable. Products that are not properly packaged for return shipping are subject to inspection before determining if credit will be issued.
- maxill reserves the right to refuse returns for product that has been in your possession for more than 30 days.
