For maxill to maintain the lowest in everyday pricing, it is necessary to have a reasonable minimum shipping amount to cover rising transportation costs on orders under $300. If your order is under $300, simply add any one of the following five "nip the ship" packages and there will be no shipping charge applied to your order!
It's as simple as that. The products contained in the "nip the ship" package are commonly used products in every dental office. No item substitutions allowed on any of the "nip the ship" packages.
