Your maxill IPAC representative will coordinate quarterly on-site visits with your IPAC Field Rep to review your IPAC policies and procedures and help identify any lapses.
Your maxill IPAC Rep will notify you of changes to IPAC rules and regulations and coordinate updates to your IPAC manual. Changes to policy or procedures made in the office will also be accommodated upon request.
Your maxill IPAC Rep will maintain your online MIFU library when notified of a product or equipment change.
The dedicated IPAC Hotline will be available during regular office hours to help with technical support and to separate fact from fiction as new hot topics arise.

During the first shut down due to the pandemic. Nicol Ross traveled to our office in Courtice to complete IPAC in a box. This course involved Nicol going through every room starting at the front desk, to all of the operatories, and the storage room. Nicol spent the day at our office educating me on what we needed to change to be up to and above best practice standards. Thanks to Nicol when our office opened back up we were more then prepared to keep our patients and staff safe. I have been an assistant for more than 20 years but this course was so informative for me. A few months ago my boss decided to also do IPAC 360. This includes an office manual in which Nicol collects information and completes herself. This manual includes office procedures, MIFU's, all equipment and much more. There is no way I could have done anything close to what Nicol did for us. The manual is amazing and also includes a pandemic section. Nicol is very pleasant and extremely informative. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and we are very grateful for her help. If we need future changes we will definitely be calling Nicol.

"After 8 years of putting off writing our office IPAC manual and being shut down due to the Pandemic, there was no excuse not to get it done. I spent an entire day on our manual, and only accomplished 8 pages… I decided it was time for help. I reached out to maxill and Nicol helped explain everything that needed to be done/was involved in writing an IPAC manual. With the pandemic limiting our ability to have Nicol come into the office for an on-site visit as she normally would, we arranged a virtual tour via video call of my clinic.
