Managing Stress in the Dental Practice

Course Description:

Dentistry is recognized as one of the most stressful professions. This was even more pronounced in the face of the COVID-19 Pandemic. From managing patient care and busy schedules to keeping up with all the current regulations, working in the dental industry can take a toll mentally and lead to burn-out. While some stress can be a positive motivator, too much stress can have a negative impact on your overall mental health.
