u·test SI·AB Chemical Indicators for Sterilization are single-use, moving-front chemical indicators designed to monitor steam sterilization processes. Each indicator contains a paper wick and a chemical pellet. During sterilization, the pellet melts and migrates along the wick, forming a dark bar. Migration is visible through a zone marked ACCEPT or REJECT, clearly indicating whether sterilization conditions have been achieved. Indicators can be placed alongside materials to be sterilized, at various positions within the sterilizer, for reliable process monitoring.
