CLEANING AND DISINFECTING: This product must be cleaned as normal preparation for each patient. The use of the sleeve is an additional precautionary measure against contamination and does not substitute disinfection of the device. Disposable sleeves are for single-use only. After using, remove the sleeve. Clean the optical light guide rods and the handpiece with a cloth and alcohol or cleaner. The body of the device may be disinfected with an intermediate level disinfectant. Follow all disinfectant manufacturer’s instructions for use. DO NOT USE a solution containing bleach. DO NOT IMMERSE. DO NOT STERILIZE/AUTOCLAVE. The Endo Guide may be disinfected as instructed above. It cannot be sterilized. The Endo Fiber is single use. It must be disposed and changed to a new one for each patient.
